Pro and Business Tiers:

• Game session data: Stored per club; retained for the duration of club membership
• Billing records: 7 years (for tax and legal compliance)
• Audit logs: Up to 2 years (Business tier)

After account deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days, except where longer retention is required by law.
